SDS originated from empirical research on contractual governance and is being developed with explicit separation between exploratory findings, governed product functionality, and customer-specific intelligence.
Customer-specific information is designed to remain isolated from other tenants and from the public benchmark.
Review actions, evidence lineage, and state transitions are designed to remain reconstructable.
Automated triage is advisory. Governed independent review and adjudication remain required for authoritative promotion.
A typical design-partner pilot is approximately eight weeks, uses 25–100 controlled documents, includes 1–2 reviewers, and measures operational value such as review time, consistency, evidence traceability, escalation quality, and auditability.
