Governance intelligence infrastructure

Understand the language that shapes institutional decision-making.

SDS Intelligence helps regulated institutions analyze, benchmark, review, and govern contractual and policy language involving authority, discretion, exceptions, accountability, oversight, and controls.

Platform

From source text to governed institutional intelligence.

SDS is designed around evidence lineage, structured governance concepts, human review, and reusable institutional knowledge—not dependence on a single AI model.

Evidence Intelligence

Trace every finding back to source documents, text, and provenance.

Governance Ontology

Organize discretion, authority, accountability, approvals, exceptions, oversight, and control structures.

Review & Adjudication

Support double review, disagreement handling, confidence thresholds, and audit events.

Benchmark Intelligence

Provide descriptive historical and peer context without overstating predictive meaning.

Institutional Memory

Build tenant-specific, versioned review knowledge tied to evidence and human authority.

Model-Agnostic Architecture

AI models remain replaceable components; the durable layer is the intelligence system around them.

Benchmark intelligence

Governance context across institutions and time.

The current SDS benchmark provides a fixed 2022–2025 descriptive frame across 19 institutions. The objective is longitudinal governance intelligence—not a misconduct or enforcement prediction engine.

Workflow

A governed intelligence process.

1. Ingest
Register controlled source documents and provenance.
2. Structure
Create candidate governance-intelligence objects.
3. Review
Apply human-governed ontology and label review.
4. Benchmark
Place findings in descriptive institutional context.
5. Remember
Preserve approved institutional knowledge and audit history.
Research

Research-backed, limitation-aware.

SDS originated from empirical research on contractual governance and is being developed with explicit separation between exploratory findings, governed product functionality, and customer-specific intelligence.

Governance & security principles

Human authority stays in the loop.

Tenant Isolation

Customer-specific information is designed to remain isolated from other tenants and from the public benchmark.

Auditability

Review actions, evidence lineage, and state transitions are designed to remain reconstructable.

No Automatic GOLD

Automated triage is advisory. Governed independent review and adjudication remain required for authoritative promotion.

Scientific guardrail: SDS does not treat a contract as proof of misconduct. Current enforcement-outcome analysis remains exploratory and does not support predictive, confirmatory, or causal claims.
Design partners

Validate one real workflow before scaling.

A typical design-partner pilot is approximately eight weeks, uses 25–100 controlled documents, includes 1–2 reviewers, and measures operational value such as review time, consistency, evidence traceability, escalation quality, and auditability.
